Junior Full-Stack Developer (JR)

The role

This is NOT a watch-and-learn internship. From week one you ship real code to real clients under code review, with a senior mentor accountable for your growth. We only open two JR seats per year and we keep the bar where it belongs: high.

What you'll do

• Ship production code (TypeScript, React, server-rendered apps) under strict review
• Own small features end-to-end: data model, UI, tests, deploy
• Learn enterprise data platforms (Oracle Autonomous Database, Snowflake, SQL Server) by using them
• Defend your code in review — we argument, we don't lecture

Non-negotiable requirements (all verifiable)

• Degree in progress (from 5th semester) or completed in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent — bring your student ID / diploma with folio number
• One verifiable programming certification with credential ID: Meta Front-End Developer, freeCodeAnchor or CS50x verified certificate, Oracle Academy, or university-issued — we check every credential ID against its issuer
• Public portfolio: GitHub with real commits over the last 12 months AND one deployed project you can walk us through line by line
• English B2+ — verified by a live interview and a certificate if you have one (TOEFL ITP 550+, Duolingo 110+, Cambridge B2)
• SQL that goes beyond SELECT: joins, aggregations, basic indexing — we will test it live

What makes you stand out

• Competitive programming (any olympiad or ICPC participation)
• Open-source contributions merged into someone else's project
• You can explain what a database index costs

Process

Coding challenge (2h, paid) → live technical interview (60m, you drive) → final conversation with founders. Every stage has a structured scorecard and you get written feedback within a week — even if it's a no.
