Full-Stack Engineer — Caribbean

The role

We are expanding across the Caribbean and hiring engineers based anywhere in the region. You will build and ship real products — brand sites, client portals, AI-powered systems — with a senior team that reviews and ships fast. Fully remote within the Caribbean (Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and neighboring islands strongly encouraged to apply).

What you'll do

• Ship production features across TypeScript, React and enterprise data platforms (Oracle Autonomous Database, Snowflake, SQL Server)
• Own features end-to-end: schema, UI, deploy, measure
• Work directly with founders and clients in EN (ES a plus)

What we look for

• 2+ years shipping web products (any stack; we'll train ours)
• Solid JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals and appetite for SQL
• Reliable internet, overlap with UTC-4/UTC-5 working hours

Process

Intro call (30m) → technical conversation (60m) → paid take-home or live pairing → offer. Structured scorecards, feedback within a week of every stage.
