Senior Full-Stack Engineer — Moscow Hours (Remote)

The role
Join the senior team building client platforms and operating systems — fully remote, working Moscow hours (UTC+3). You will ship production TypeScript across the stack and integrate with enterprise data platforms (Oracle Autonomous Database, Snowflake, SQL Server).Language requirements are hard gates, verified in the interview: advanced technical Russian (вы ведёте технические обсуждения, ревью и документацию на русском) AND advanced technical English (client calls, specs, written feedback).
What you'll do
- Own features end-to-end: schema, server functions, SSR UI, deploy, measure
- Design data models with strict RLS/security thinking
- Participate in architecture reviews in Russian; write specs and client docs in English
- Mentor mid-level engineers through code review
Non-negotiable requirements (all verifiable)
- Advanced technical Russian — assessed live: you will run a system design discussion in Russian (Русский технический — C1+)
- Advanced technical English — assessed live: client-grade fluency, written and spoken
- Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent — diploma verified with the institution
- One professional certification with credential ID: Oracle Certified Professional, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent — checked against the issuer's registry
- 5+ years shipping production web products; public portfolio and a Git history that survives scrutiny
- Advanced SQL on at least two engines — live test: window functions, locking, query plans
- Reliable overlap with Moscow working hours (UTC+3, 09:00–18:00 MSK)
