Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Enterprise Integrations — Moscow Hours

02 / ABOUT THIS ROLE
The role
Build the integration layer our enterprise clients run on: OIC-facing services, ERP data flows and the applications around them. Fully remote on Moscow hours (UTC+3), embedded in a senior team that reviews and ships fast.Language requirements are hard gates, verified in the interview: advanced technical Russian (технические интервью и ревью полностью на русском) AND advanced technical English (specs, vendor documentation, client workshops).
What you'll do
- Build services that talk to ERP/CRM systems (REST/SOAP, batch, queues)
- Model enterprise data with transactional rigor: idempotency, retries, audit trails
- Ship the web layer around those flows (React, SSR, server functions)
- Write runbooks in English; internal reviews and discussions in Russian
Non-negotiable requirements (all verifiable)
- Advanced technical Russian (C1+) — live system-design interview in Russian
- Advanced technical English — client workshop simulation, live
- Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent — verified diploma
- One professional certification with credential ID: Oracle OCP, AWS/Azure associate-level, or equivalent — verified against issuer's registry
- 5+ years back-end-leaning full-stack with enterprise integrations (ERP/SOA/queues)
- Advanced SQL — live: CTEs, isolation levels, plan analysis
- Overlap with Moscow working hours (UTC+3)
What makes you stand out
- Hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud or ERP-facing APIs (Fusion, NetSuite)
- You document in both languages and enjoy doing it
- Experience with strictly regulated environments (audit-grade trails)
