The role
Build AI features that actually do something: agents, workflow automation, knowledge systems — grounded in real client data, with evaluation and guardrails.What you'll do
- Design and ship LLM-powered features (RAG, tool use, agents)
- Build evaluation harnesses; no vibe-based shipping
- Integrate AI into client operating systems end-to-end
What we look for
- Production LLM experience (any provider)
- Strong TypeScript/Python and API design
- You can explain WHY an AI feature is (or isn't) worth building
