The role
You own the pixel-to-database seam: interfaces that load fast, read beautifully and never break accessibility. Our clients run ministries, banks and hospital networks — your HTML is load-bearing infrastructure.What you'll do
- Ship design systems (tokens, components, docs) consumed by multiple products
- Hold performance budgets: Core Web Vitals in the green, measured on real users, not lab
- Make accessibility a first-class feature (WCAG 2.2 AA audits, keyboard flows, screen readers)
- Lead SSR rendering strategy and hydration cost reviews
Non-negotiable requirements (all verifiable)
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, Interaction Design or equivalent — diploma with folio, we verify with the institution
- One senior verifiable certification: Meta Front-End Developer Professional, W3Cx Front-End, or IAAP CPACC (accessibility) — credential ID checked
- 5+ years shipping production front-end with a public portfolio: 2+ projects where you can defend every rendering decision
- Git history that survives scrutiny: PRs, reviews, constructive disagreements — bring your real account, not a curated fork
- English C1 — technical conversations and client workshops in English are the daily baseline
- Live test: you will fix a broken layout and a hydration bug in front of us

- Contributions to a major OSS front-end framework or library
- You have designed and documented a design token pipeline
